second spell teaching practice- weekend reflection 8

                   This is the final week of our second spell teaching practice. This week gives a lot of experiences. At this moment I missed lot of my students, those classes, activities etc. This second spell teaching practice is entirely different when compared with the first spell teaching practice. A lot of changes happened in my teaching. I learned to reinforce the students. I learned to manage the classroom properly. I learned how to deal the students. Also I understand the responsibilities of a teacher. We got different duties apart from teaching. Also during the second spell I got many substitution period in up classes. To engage them I learned variety of games, activities, general knowledge, drawings, etc. It also gives a variety of experience for me. 

           In this week, only monday and Tuesday have actual classes. With these days i completed my lesson plans and revise the topics for their first terminal examination. From Wednesday onwards their examination starts. We also got the examination duties. Two or three classes are mixed in every class. So the students of different class has different time for the exam. Also before exam we have to sign all the answer papers of the students. Finally after the exam we collected the papers and aranged it properly. On Tuesday we have given a small treat to all the teachers and the students. In that function they have given a small talk, and they mention our merits and the demerits. On Friday all of us have the examination duty at the roof top. Today the have physical education exam. 8 A, B, C, and D students are present there. 

                This second spell teaching practice gives variety of experience for me. I enjoyed it very well. We got variety of duties and responsibilities during this period. In many classes I used technology oriented class. And all of my classes are activity oriented. Students learn the concept through activities. 

              So this second spell teaching practice teaches me various lessons. Now I feel more confident in teaching. Also I understand that students easily grasp the concepts through activities. I learned to manage the time in the class. Now I know how to reinforce the students. When I become a teacher I will use all the lessons that i have learned during the teaching practice and also I tried to rectify all my faults.
