Capacity building program is included in the new B. Ed curriculum. Capacity-building is defined as the process of developing and strengthening the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that organizations and communities need to survive, adapt, and thrive in a fast-changing world. We have celebrated water day as capacity building program.

second spell teaching practice- weekend reflection 8

                   This is the final week of our second spell teaching practice. This week gives a lot of experiences. At this moment I missed lot of my students, those classes, activities etc. This second spell teaching practice is entirely different when compared with the first spell teaching practice. A lot of changes happened in my teaching. I learned to reinforce the students. I learned to manage the classroom properly. I learned how to deal the students. Also I understand the responsibilities of a teacher. We got different duties apart from teaching. Also during the second spell I got many substitution period in up classes.
