First week Teaching Practice -16/12/2021 to 22/12/2021

As a part of B. Ed curriculum our first spell teaching practice starts on December 16, 2021.This is the weekend report from December 16 to December 22. It was  a nice experience in school. We a group of 7 students got S. K. V school, thrikkannamangal for teaching practice. In the first day i faced some difficulty in managing discipline in the class. And the next day itself I tried to make a good relationship with students and teachers. Daily I sing the prayer song in the school. It makes me to feel that i am also the part of the school. From this one week experience I found that students are highly interested in doing the experiments. In physics I am taking the chapter Spherical mirrors, so to make the teaching effective I have used laser light and other necessary teaching aids. Similarly in chemistry I have taken the chapter solution so that i used salt, sugar, water, Kmno4 for the experiment. In the first day i feel some fear while taking the class. But now the situation is different and i feel much more confidence on teaching.

second spell teaching practice- weekend reflection 8

                   This is the final week of our second spell teaching practice. This week gives a lot of experiences. At this moment I missed lot of my students, those classes, activities etc. This second spell teaching practice is entirely different when compared with the first spell teaching practice. A lot of changes happened in my teaching. I learned to reinforce the students. I learned to manage the classroom properly. I learned how to deal the students. Also I understand the responsibilities of a teacher. We got different duties apart from teaching. Also during the second spell I got many substitution period in up classes.
