Camp - Day 4

Today I am in the program committee. The first session was the yoga. Yoga helps to increase flexibility and balance. It builds strength. It reduce stress and improve wellbeing. The class was conducted by sri. Balasubramniyan sir ,  sanjeevani yoga kendram koilandy. Next session was nadanpattu. The class was conducted by abhilash sasthamcotta. We the students and teachers dances along with the music. It was a wonderful experience
