second spell Teaching practice- Weekend reflection 2

            This is about our second week of teaching practice. At this time i am much more confident in the class. 
           I have two classes one for 8 B and other one for 9A. In the morning period I have taken the physics class equation of motion. I teach them to draw graph and also explain the uses of graph. Afternoon we go to the college for to take sign in the record. And on the next day i got only one class in 9B i teach the same topic there . Apart from this we got additional duties in the school. On Tuesday I got the duty to help the students to cross the road. Also we got many substitution periods in both up and high school. In some up classes I teach them some basic maths tricks and in some classes we do  activities through games. On the next day we got a duty to introduce the up class students to introduce the library. We have shown them the library and the way in which books are arranged. And i also helped to read some books in library. 
         In all days we have the duty to serve the food to all students. Also in this week our school has started one special class program for both 8 th and 9 th class students. We have selected  a group of 50 students, those who don't know to write words in malayalam and english by conducting an examination. So in the evening time from 2.15 to 4 'o clock we stay at school for this special class for some backward students. Also we got the duty serve milk to up class students. 
          On the last day of this week we have conducted one quiz program and we have monitored the students and the selected students can participate in the next higher level. Also in this day our optional teacher deepthi miss came to the school and observe my class. On seeing teacher while taking the class i was nervous. But all the students in my class cooperated with me. Also the teacher told me that some improvements are needed for teaching. Teacher explained to me about my weak points. Also today I couldn't utilize the time . With these I understand that i have to improve a lot in teaching. I have to maintain a good classroom management skills. Also I have utilize the time properly. Also an important thing is I have to give instructions to the students about the activity. Then only they can prepare for that.                    This is the final week of our second spell teaching practice. This week gives a lot of experiences. At this moment I missed lot of my students, those classes, activities etc. This second spell teaching practice is entirely different when compared with the first spell teaching practice. A lot of changes happened in my teaching. I learned to reinforce the students. I learned to manage the classroom properly. I learned how to deal the students. Also I understand the responsibilities of a teacher. We got different duties apart from teaching. Also during the second spell I got many substitution period in up classes.
